The pertinent question as to whether natural law is law in the true sense of the word raises the question as to what law really is. But again, the question of what law is, is by no means an easy question as it is synonymous to such question as ‘what is truth’ and ‘what is justice’. This article addresses the issues of the legal status of the natural law. It attempt to do this upon the premise that if natural justice and natural rights are justice and rights in the true sense, then, we can talk about the fact that natural law has the status of law.
