This chapter analytically x-rayed management of migration dynamics in school organization in Nigeria. It threw light on some often overlooked aspects in handling migration issues in the education system. It highlighted some background issues such as the concept of migration, the migrants, types, stages, including factors of migration. Effects, challenges and management of migrations in school organization were explored as well. Hence the paper acknowledged that some solutions to effective management of migration should involve the roles of both Government and school Administrators.
