Christiantus Izuchukwu Anyanwu
Abstract

It is widely accepted that every human society experiences different levels of crises. Nigeria as a multi- ethnic country is battling with her crises at different levels. This paper takes a clinical look at the Herdsmen-Farmers' clash, the issue of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), and its political implications in Nigeria. Secondary data was collected and analyzed. Managing Organizational Conflict theory propounded by Kenneth W. Thomas was adopted. The paper concludes and recommended among others that Grazing Reserves Policy should be given a legal backing to ensure adequate implementation across the country and revenue in the form of tax could be collected to assuage the agitations surrounding the policy.
