IGWEBUIKE AS A PHILOSOPHY OF MUTUAL RELATIONS BETWEEN DIOCESAN PRIESTS AND CONSECRATED PERSONS

The paper discussed some of the factors that have led to these negative experiences between Diocesan Priests and Consecrated persons. This is in a bid to learn from such experiences, to correct them and to bring about forgiveness of whatever mutual misgivings they may nurse against each other. In doing so, the paper employed the Igbo complementarity philosophy of Igwebuikeas a paradigm of the sort of relationship that should exist between them, hoping that they would become better collaborators.
