This work explores the dynamic interplay of theology, ethics, and insecurity in the context of Nigeria. The country, characterised by religious diversity and regional disparities, grapples with multifaceted challenges that impact its social fabric and stability. Theoretical foundations from theological perspectives, such as concepts of justice, peacebuilding, and human dignity, provide a robust framework for ethical considerations in addressing insecurity. Using primary and secondary investigations, this interdisciplinary approach recognises the intertwined nature of religious beliefs, ethical principles, and the complex manifestations of insecurity. The practical application of these principles is crucial in a society where issues like interfaith tensions, economic inequality, and environmental degradation contribute to insecurity. Recommendations include fostering interfaith dialogue, training leaders in ethical practices, empowering communities through education and healthcare, and integrating moral development into formal education.
