Oloyede (2016) stresses that religion remains the most powerful force that brings people together despite geographical barriers. He listed religious values to include truth, honesty, compassion, kindness, modesty, decency, selflessness, chastity, justice, discipline, patience, morality, sincerity, among others. According to Obiefuna (2018), religion is fundamental to humans, life and living, thinking patterns, attitudes and relationships. He added that religion is considered critical for all meaningful and sustainable development in any human society.
