This study explores the intersection of men's well-being and the practice of having side chicks from a Christian perspective. The concept of side chicks, often associated with infidelity and secrecy, can have profound effects on men's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Research suggests that engaging in multiple relationships can lead to chronic stress, anxiety, and depression, ultimately compromising men's longevity. From a Christian standpoint, the Bible teaches that sex is reserved for marriage between one man and one woman, emphasizing the importance of commitment, loyalty, and selfcontrol (1 Corinthians 7:3-4, Genesis 2:24). The pursuit of side chicks contradicts these principles, potentially leading to feelings of guilt, shame, and disconnection from God and community. This research aims to investigate the motivations behind men's involvement with side chicks, the consequences on their well-being, and the role of Christian faith in promoting healthy relationships. By examining scriptural teachings and real-life experiences, this study seeks to provide insights into the complexities of men's relationships and offer guidance for those seeking to align their relationships with Christian values.
